the state with centralized switching control center in Des Moines. |
| You will take advantage
of our multiple connections to the Internet backbone via Tier
One providers: MCI (formerly UUNET),
AT&T, Sprint, Qwest and Savvis (formerly Cable & Wireless)
connecting in Chicago, Kansas City, Minneapolis, St. Louis and
Des Moines for geographic diversity. |
| Our network is monitored and maintained around the clock at
our Network Control Center. |
| Our staff is available to troubleshoot and work with you to
maximize your investment and connection. |
| Your equipment will be maintained with the latest tested, stable
firmware (with manufacturer support contract.) |
You will be given special access to tools to monitor your bandwidth
and anticipate your growth.

| You will be notified of all network maintenance and upgrades.
These are performed in a maintenance window from 2am-7am. |
| NetINS resells Juniper, Cisco and UTStarcom equipment. |
| NetINS utilizes Route Science which provides increased performance
and reliability accessing the Internet. |
